Who am I?

Hey, I’m Halima - a therapist, clinical reflexologist, mindful life coach and muskuloskeletal bodyworker with over 15 years of experience helping women feel grounded, calm, and connected in their bodies.

After years of supporting clients through stress, pain, burnout, and everything in between, one thing became crystal clear: menopause is a whole new chapter, and it deserves more than a few generic tips and a fan.

That’s why I created this space. Bringing together all the tools I’ve used for over a decade, mindfulness, body-based therapy, breathwork, and self-care. I’m now helping women navigate menopause with confidence, compassion, and a bit of cheeky humour along the way.
